The problems:
- If you are trying to sell something, how do you find buyers? How do you get the word out?
- If you are looking for something, where do you look?
- With all the technology we have in our hands, why is it so difficult to find stuff?
- Why do the popular platforms ban ordinary and legal things like pets, foods, farm animals, knives, and guns from being advertised on them?
The solution:
- A website that is simple, easy and cheap to use.
- Make it easy to look in the right spot on the first try to find something.
- Make it searchable by key words.
- Make it filterable by locale, like a town name and a radius of miles, or a zip code.
- Categorized so we don’t have to sift through everything to find one thing.
- A platform that everybody wants to use! Lots of people and their stuff.
The CHALLENGE:
- How to get lots of people on board, lots of stuff listed, lots of buying and selling going on so everybody loves it?
- How do we market the idea in the first place?
- How can we LAUNCH FAST?
- Even if we’ve got an awesome platform, how do we get the word out?
When I started a weekly physical paper publication back in the day, we didn’t have this challenge. We simply delivered a copy to every front door in town. The first issue was a bit weak on classified ads, but it was essentially our invitation to join, and off we went! People loved it!
BUT – this isn’t a printed paper we can put at front doors. We need a different method…
I’m recruiting YOU to help…
If you think this is a needed or potentially valuable service, then make yourself a free account using the link someone probably gave you so both they and you get paid in Bounty Bucks! You can then use those Bucks to buy advertising and start selling your stuff, whatever that is. Share your link with others and when they use your link to join you each get 10 Bounty Bucks to buy advertising with or to pass on to someone else.
